Clyside Avenue

This is the renovation of our family home with monolithic cladding. We renovated every aspect of this home; cladding, installed double glazed joinery, new electrics, new carpet, repainted kitchen, retiled, new decks etc. And yes, we were are proud of the result! Once reclad & renovated it was sold to some very lucky, new owners.

Reclad/Renovation

The front of this home in Waller Ave in Bucklands Beach was built using Monolithic cladding; we transformed this house with weatherboard. Our team renovated the whole house including the kitchen, bedrooms, lounge, basement, bathrooms etc. And we also rebuilt the deck which was in a rather sad state of affairs & replaced the handrail with weatherboard and glass. The result, as you can see from the photo's is just gorgeous.

Pauanui Home

PBS cement weatherboard with aluminium windows and coloursteel roof. Outdoor sitting room is closed in with louvretec roof. Finished to a very high standard in keeping with its stunning location.
